SUPERVISOR DECLARATION

All certified real estate appraisers who plan to supervise trainees must complete this form and send it to the Board prior to beginning supervision.

EXPERIENCE LOG

An experience log is required for registered trainees upgrading through the supervisor/trainee model and licensed and certified residential applicants upgrading through experience.

WORK PRODUCT

Applicants upgrading to licensed or certified status must demonstrate that they can produce USPAP compliant appraisal reports before being eligible to take the exam. In order to accomplish this requirement, the applicant must undergo what is called work product review.
