Search for an Appraiser

 

Click the search bar to the right to look up an appraiser. If you would like a list of all current appraisers, please send an email to the Board at ncab@ncab.org. The list will be sent via email in Excel format within seven to ten business days from receipt of your request.

If you cannot locate a licensee or if you need to confirm someone’s licensing status, please contact the Board office directly at ncab@ncab.org.

You may also search for an appraiser on the national registry at www.asc.gov to view any public disciplinary actions. Please note that the Board does not require licensees to join the national registry; however, they must be enrolled on the national registry to prepare reports for federally related transactions. ​​
