2008-2009 EDITION OF USPAP

The North Carolina Appraisal Board made one copy of the 2008-2009 edition of USPAP available to each appraiser and trainee in North Carolina at the cost of $30.00. This edition of USPAP also contains The Appraisal Foundation’s FAQ which is usually a separate publication. The deadline to submit your order form was November 14, 2007. Note that if you order USPAP directly from The Appraisal Foundation, it will cost you $50.00 per single copy. Your copy of USPAP will be mailed directly to you from The Appraisal Foundation to the address stated on your order form . Please note the Board does not have USPAP books to send.

The Board recommends that all appraisers purchase a copy of each edition of USPAP.
